I'm not sure if eating human flesh is prohibited by the law in Illinois. If you were to be charged, I think it would be under statutes regarding the mistreatment of a corpse. However, if you didn't know that those delicious pieces of gristle were your landlord's wife until you got a bite of a thick and greasy nipple, I think you're in the clear.
