I can't believe anyone would take this seriously. The only people who could care whether a pornstar's name was real would be an idiot fanboy/stalker, since the casual viewer just wants to whack off to a pretty gal getting plowed. The cheap thrill of a high school classmate spotting you in a video is not going to land you any feature dancing gigs in middle America.

If you called yourself "Amanda Jones" (for example) and told everyone it was your real name, who (outside of your bank and AIM) would know different? If some retarded stalker tries to find you and can't, that PROVES you shouldn't have used your real name to begin with.
