Is it me or did that thread just vanish? The first post definitely should have been edited--there's zero proof that this had anything to do with minors, and actually there's proof by the omission of any minor charge that he didn't.

Illinois makes it a hell of a lot easier. There's a big ass, 15 point bold blue line that says either "VICTIM OVER THE AGE OF 18" or "VICTIM UNDER THE AGE OF 18".
