Exactly, I forgot this setting when I wrote my previous posting. However it is a great mistake to beliewe that Europ is coverted by Internet everywhere in the same Way. During these last years the progress were step by step.
Some european ereas are poorly coverted. Even untill now some European region has not yet the -mobil- phone, therefore I don't talk about the eastern european countries, I talk about rich western countries's area like France, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Germany etc...
However don't forget this project "FTTH" or "Fiber To The Home" in Nuenen town in Holland which is in trial yet see here

It propose 100mb in download, and 100 mb in upload and not expensive.It would be change our way to surf in Internet. Philips and other companies are interresting.

Besides there is another project, which is recently presented as a new technology in Internet, it propose to set Internet connection via your electrical network, and it is totally ready now to be introduce in the market.And not expensive also.
Its performances is more than 50 Mb/ s in download, more than 10 mb/s in upload. It could be change also our way to use Internet.
