U mean that, living in the USA -leader of this kinky planet- the most powerfull country in this world, U can't afford to have only a poor cable connection.
Meanwhile here in Europa we almost have all an ADSL Connection 2048kb/s download and 128 kb/s upload.Even in the third world you can currently meet ADSL.
Please Doctor Cleetus are U realy living in this world??? and XXI° century???
