The gun thing was a fucking joke from the get go, but if it was left up to me, I'd like to see every gun not registered - but banned. I don't pay attention to it, because as far as I'm concerned, I don't care about guns and I don't care about people who care about guns. The NRA can fucking burn in Hell for all I care.

As for my country, it's a fucking mess -- our Prime Minister Paul Martin is a fucking pig, who, when we was Finance Minister, used his position in a corrupt Liberally-dominated government to help his own company reign in record profits, along with funding a massively criminal ad-scam program which is opening a can of worms. The Liberals are slowly losing the public's confidence, but, in the end, it doesn't matter because there ain't nobody else to vote for. Like the Dems, the Libs are the lesser of two, or rather, three, evils. The Tories (the Canadian equivalent to the Republicans) are corporate bitches, who would blindly follow Bush into a war, if it meant more money in their pockets. Mulroney is despised by Canadians for getting into bed with the Americans the way he did.

As for my opinions about your country -- whatever happens in your country always comes back and bites us in ours. That's why Canadians tend to give a shit about what goes on in the States because, in the end, we're gonna feel it.
