Seriously, what many people dont realize is how autonomous and insulated the Medical profession is and just what many doctors can and do get away with. They also forget that doctors are people too, and susceptible to all the sick, vile, decadent, and perverted urges as all of us here at XPT. Cosmetic Surgeons are the Creme de la Creme (or Shit De la Shit) of surgeons....

If You find a doctor who is up to his ass in gambling debt, who has a penchant for fucking and blow jobs that belies the lack of sex he had during his first 26 years due to having to study 23 hours a day, or who is himself hooked to the gills on Morphine/fentanyl/Dilaudid/<name any narcotic>, then you can get him to do shit like this.
