It depends what kind of agreement that the agent has with the girl and if the agent is an asshole. In my opinion if a girl gets work on her own, good for her. I didnt get her the job so why should I get a dime.
On the other hand if you look at it like the mainstream modeling world the agent gets a % of any work the girl gets anywhere at all. So it all depends on the agent,manager or agency.
