Kami is correct. 700 would definitely be ABOVE AVERAGE, but not the HIGHEST. Many things/factors can influence what a male is paid for a scene.

Among them:

1) Ability to get/stay hard (if this is even an issue, the whole scene can be killed.)

1a) Cumshot -- Doing so when where and how the director wants it. the type/quality of the ejaculation can be a factor as well. If you are shooting something like Feeding Frenzy, you want guys who Have that "projectile/lawn sprinkler" quality.

1b) In rare instances, even the actual "look" of the penis itself can be a factor.

1c) the type of scene is a crucial factor for guys as well. Getting some guys to do a real "higher end" BD SM scene (and do it well) can net the guy a lot of money. In other words, if I am used to getting 400 bucks for straight sex, what might I be able to charge to allow myself to be anally probed by a FEMALE?? Who knows...depends on many things....of course some dudes might WANT to be probed by say, Melissa L. or Kami, but thats another thread.....

2) Physical traits (Looks, build) If a certain big name chick is allowed to influence/request/demand certain males in her scenes, well, naturally this increases the guy's bargaining power.

3) Intangibles. The guy's personality, intelligence, relationship with the director/producer(s), all can drive up what a guy is paid. Witness Mike John's rise at Diabolic-to-Redlight coinciding with Everhard's....In Porn, like other businesses, it is not "what you know, it is who you know"...or maybe not "what you do, but who you do"....or is it "Not WHO you do, but WHAT you do"??

A guy getting a grand or more a scene is not unheard of....depends on the confluence/karma of many factors
