This picture reminds me of an old question I have.
When girls pierce their nipples or vagina, do they even get charged?
If I did the piercing, I would of course take my time to study the area and do a good job of cleaning it. Then afterwards I would grin and say the pleasure was mine, you don't owe me a thing. The mental image is my payment.
