So my attempt to "patch things up" as acknowledged by Lord Byron (is that the same person as Toadstool?) is answered with a very professional board post wherein I am referred to as a "complete dork" and my webmaster Susan as "braindead". Further, a claim is made that we regularly ignore e-mails, etc., that many people hate Susan and we must be exposed. Lord Byron summarizes with a warm "FUCK YOU" directed to me personally.

All I can say to this is I explained on the other thread what happened with the two e-mails that Susan forwarded to me, both on March 4, 2003. I acknowledged that I didn't handle it correctly. I apologized for what I think is an isolated incident (no proof yet to the contrary) and made a good faith attempt to make amends and send these people some screeners for their site.

More than this I can't do. I will not beg these people to allow me the privilege of sending free screeners to the U.K. so they will honor me with their review. Lord Byron (& Toadstool?) can continue to flame me here, but I think it's becoming apparent that this is a personal vendetta against Video Team by one website operator (lesbiandvdreviews.com et al.) because they are offended that I chose not to send screeners initially and I screwed up and didn't reply.

The claim that there is some systemic problem and that we are loathed worldwide is greatly exaggerated. I believe I have handled myself professionally in my attempt to resolve a small dispute, and that LB has been less than civil in his approach.

I will move on with productive work as I obviously have exhausted resources here. My only remaining question: is anyone else really interested in this? Even I'm bored reading about this...
