You would have to include Rough Sex 1 & 2 by Anabolics since they were banned! Also, I read a while back about some suff videos in Germany that were outlawed and the guys who did them were sentence to murder. Bangkok also had some very harsh video as you can only image what is in them!

All of the above, would certainly be ahead of the Meathole series by three or four or ten notches.
