You can split a thread to move the garbage elsewhere.

Edit the first post you want to move in a thread and click the "Move this post & any replies" button. I often move the garbage posts to the Shit List.

I'd do it however I am not a mod here; I am but a lowly worm before Mistress Kami in this forum.
