Well we don't really know because most use an alias and we don't know their real names. A couple have married millionaires - Annette Haven and Lacy Rose?.

I sure others have fallen in love and married but they are then not in the spotlight so it is not reported.

Many have gone into stripping and brothel work and similar occupations. Many have gone back too to regular jobs in society I am sure.

It would make a good Jerry Springer episode to do one on porn star that are married/engaged and then the spouse found out they did porn for 5 years. Maybe they already done it; you never know with Springer! I think it would be "very interesting show to watch especially if you knew the porn star"!

KSex should do a special segment on porn stars of the past and what they are be been up to! I just recently started listening to the radio program; it out of this world - that which I tuned in. To bad they did not identify the show.
