I think the cage needs some sort of leadership. I realize time is a factor and not everybody can contribute consistently -- certainly not to the point that monkey was capable of and definitely not to his degree of comic ingenuity.

James would be the only one I could see taking the reins, but he has already stated that it would be too difficult to continuously come up with solid material, and rightfully so. What's the old adage: "It's easier to make someone cry then to make them laugh"? I think it's something like that.

Anyway, except for my suggestion of appointing someone else to at least partially fill the monkey void, I have no other recommendations at this time.
