Do whores degrade into nickel, too?
Whores are composed of Whorium, a very unstable element.
Most isotopes of Whorium have a half-life of six months or less, some so short they can only be observed on the set for a single shoot before decaying. Some isotopes last a year or two and some rare isotopes are still active after ten years, although samples of these usually show signs of having been decaying for so long.
As Whorium decays it gives off various moans and whinings. Most porn directors and producers are familiar with the decay process of Whorium and take precautions to protect against damage from the decay process. This can be important with isotopes that decay violently.
The final decay products of Whorium are completely inert and may be disposed of in a dumpster.
PS. There are rumors of stable isotopes of Whorium but their existence has not been proven.
