Banning people and pointlessly locking threads that are caustic is one thing. But to lock this particular thread (I know it was DenverDon who actually pulled the trigger) or to tell people to "take it to e-mail" is fuckin' ridiculous. These were legitimate inquires on an important topic. Dozens of performers that ADT seems to care so much about could have benefitted from learning about this whores disgusting escapade.

But no, you lock it. Granted Ariana wasn't participating anymore, but people could have discussed the matter further and possibly gathered more info if other industry people were willing to chime in with their opinions.

So I ask you, why take her side? Are you so tragic that you felt the need to defend this whores honor? Or if you showed her your Superman colors your pathetic crush on this skank might have finally come to fruition? Or were you just afraid you wouldn't get your pity hug in Vegas if your didn't?

Or perhaps it's something deeper? Maybe Steph and Drew wanted the topic locked because Devils Films advertises on ADT?

threads like that are nightmares for adt-you know the mods aren't a unified front on every decision and sometimes learn about it after shit's started. the rest of the board grinds to a halt after the regulars rush to it and then there's the problem of justifying the censorship and exclusionary actions which steph and drew have never had a good answer for and solve by locking things down and making some comment about maturity or how "this isn't going anywhere".

in this case, i'm suprised it made it past a page---steph castrated the mods and most of them had to sit there and defend something they didn't do under a seige of valid complaints. the outcome was decided from the top and it was just going to attract more and more attention towards the fact that they fucked up and killed the platinum goose in driving away one of their big-name industry regulars. mason's less-regular, kami and mellissa are accepted more places that mastercard, tom byron's gone, kimi lixx is retired and never had name-recognition----it's lean times for their industry-insider quota which is obvious when they're throwing up stars that have as many posts as the average simp-account makes before it's banned.

If Sammura can be allowed to post here,why can't Jewel DeNyle,for she's easily make many,many more enemies here than she did at ADT,and would be sprouting out more nasty and profane things to say all over the place,and Smelly Monkey would have a new whipping boy(or in this case,girl) to verbally manhandle,since Sammura and Scott Fayner have grown pretty tiring.

I was 99.9% certain when I checked ADT today that Ivor would be banned. I was shocked to see it had gone as far as it did.

The irony surrounding the whole thread and it's possible aftermath is hilarious. A complete 180 has most likely occurred. Ivor, and now anyone associated with XXXPT, would probably have to call Steph a cunt just to get banned.

This black cloud will loom for a long time. I hope the mods will have to ban and lock with great trepidation. People like Simp (and the the kind of threads he starts) probably won't be sent to the guillotine so quickly.

Why did I take her side, because she's a friend and I really don't owe you any more of an explanation than that. Anyone could have started a new thread and as long as it didn't boil down to people just throwing out wild speculations or just being downright rude about Ariana if her name was used or any performer for that matter then it should have been allowed. You want to have wild nasty debates about whatever topic you choose regardless of personal feelings ADT isn't your forum and thank goodness for that. They want some restraint shown and some class from all posters be it industry or regular people. Most people who have posted there respect that and if you cant' then there really isn't much point of me trying to explain anything as you would be predisposed to not agreeing with it.

Well, I wrote to Jewel yesterday telling her about xxxpt and how we would love to have her post here- she replied today that she would love to. Or at least someone at PXP replied with that response. I hope she decides to give us a try and know she would fit in well.

Kyoto might do that but then again he does it to everyone given time- the key is how the target reacts and I have a feeling that Jewel wouldn't take any shit- which is why i like her. Plus she could kick monkey in the head when he gets uppity

For those who haven't noticed, Jenna hasn't let up this: she'll still poking at ADT over banning Jewel and moderation policies in general in the Alexa Rae and Max Hardcore thread. I'm impressed.

I'm wondering how long Jenna lasts. ADT has made clear they don't see any need for industry people - they're free to drop by, but ADT is happy with a forum of fanboys if it happens that way. I got one (1) message in support of my claim that it would be a bad thing for any porn board. If Jenna keeps bringing up the Jewel ban in unrelated threads I wonder if they'll ban her.
