Tony T might get some help from a lawyer who specializes in CA labor law. There are limits to how far employeement contracts can go (laws from the early 20th century to stamp out the last vestiges of indentured servitude). It seems unlikely - I doubt Tony T fully explained his financial relations with Anabolic - but it's likely Anabolic can't afford a lot of distractions right now, especially if Tony T can be a thorn in Chris's side during a divorce.
