My impression is that she doesn't really know what this is about.

It's my impression she was over her head the day Kobe walked into the hotel, and perhaps starting the day she was born. I don't know what she expected when Kobe invited her into his room, but it sure wasn't what Kobe expected. And I don't think she's gotten much in the way of useful advice since then.

She probably wasn't originally thinking of suing because the prosecutor steered her that way for his own purposes. Then some private attorney got ahold of her and persuaded her to sue for his ends (35%+ cut).

Keep in mind that Kobe got himself into this mess. Had he bothered to wait five minutes he could have called a local club and had a couple of strippers delivered. There are a lot of ways the situation he created could go wrong, and sure enough it did.

Had this been about a calculated scheme to make money she would have tried to get pregnant.
