Ouch she is getting burned imo.... RN's and LPN's work way to hard for that lil pay. I dunno but Im stating wages right from my old union contract. We have such a shortage of nurses in this country you would think we could pay them better. Whats the incentive no days? Long hours and snotty CNA's by your side for lil pay.
