1: When hiring outside talent, aka not in my state,what are the so called rules on paying for transportation for the talent. Are you obligated to pay for their personal escorts or significant other? Like flights and such?

If you dont have references, paying for an escort might not be a bad idea hehe... no website no nothing you wont get anywhere. As for the hotel, it should be booked in her name so that you dont have access to a key.

2: What are the rules for the talents escorts or others to be on the set? Like right there taping?

Its different for everyone. My hubbie sometimes is on set sometimes not only because i dont drive. But he is allowed bc i have usually worked with the photographer numerous times and we are stable people. But in general its a bd idea. boyfriends get jealous or tend to take over. Have them sit close by, maybe in another room or something? For a sex scene i wouldnt recommend it.
