Thanks!!! I don't think I eat badly but it tends to be all the same stuff - I eat a lot of fruit and yoghurt and ice cream, frozen meals - the 'healthy' ones and tinned soup. I'll try cooking fresh meat and vegetables etc and not frozen dinners and see if that changes anything! Maybe dairy products aren't so good either?
