Just an update. I just deleted my cookies all over again and I still cannot get my account to work and I still cannot register a new name. I simply cannot get past the user agreement screen. It just reloads after I click on "agree". I can't write them because the guy who answers the emails has been ignoring me. It sure is looking like someone is blocking my IP address and lying about it. Also can someone post a link to the thread they are mentioning me? I can't seem to find it.
