I'm not sure since people often do get second chances and banned again. There is one stinky primate that has been banned and reinstated so many times I've lost track.

Two are aliases for a once-banned user whose main ID is now unbanned.
One was a pedo.

One was banned for being Sammura.

I like to lurk at a lot of sites, and that board happens to be one of them. Why? Oh, probably because I think it's funny as hell to read their rants. Also, those clowns give me a chuckle with their school yard invectives, especially when a porn star makes an infrequent appearance. For example, take a gander at the recent "welcome" Katja received from those dick weeds

Unless you have a static IP, I seriously doubt it's happening because the vast of ISPs use DHCP which makes it very difficult to block a single IP.
