It may look hot, after a while, assuming it heals well and nothing goes wrong.

Things do go wrong sometimes. The surgeon/salesman probably isn't going to spend a lot of time talking to her about the risks, much less his personal failure rate. A lot of the cosmetic surgery business is "repairs", trying to undo damage from previous surgeries, either from quacks who botch the knife job, or cases where the patient didn't realize what they might be getting.
