Of course we wouldn't want random people calling AIM to report falsely. However the people who did get Ghonnoreah should be able (or required or whatever) to report it to AIM & the third person so that AIM would then also contact the third person and any others that they may have worked with.

However, AIM isn't perfect and I wish Fayner had identified said employee just so this perceived inaction could be corrected.
