Nope, it's not a matter of intellect, it's a matter of how bitchy I'm willing to be. Kyoto didn't even get half of what he deserved. Trust me, I could be a LOT more mean to him if I wanted to and I wouldn't even have to bring up his race. The fact is, Jenna has done a lot for me (without her even knowing it) so when someone is cruel enough to make fun of her being SEXUALLY ABUSED just so they can raise a few eyebrows, I'm definitely gonna call them out on it.
