What I meant was that I get like 8 girls per day signing up. I dont put them all up. Only the ones that I think can actually get work. I am wondering if something like that can be considered discrimination.

Thats kind of funny cause there have been a few "ethnic girls" that I have represented that did not want do work with their own race. I wonder....can there be discrimination in the entertainment business? Has anyone ever heard of a case like that? For example, what if some girl signed up to be on my site and she was too fat or had a 10 inch ugly birthmark on her face or whatever and I didnt put her up. Is that discrimination? Or is the entertainment business immune to such a thing because it is entertainment? Maybe I should consult an attorney on this subject.



Why do you need to worry? You don't hire talent, production companies do. Your work is soley that of agent and nothing more (as far as I know at least).
