What I meant was that I get like 8 girls per day signing up. I dont put them all up. Only the ones that I think can actually get work. I am wondering if something like that can be considered discrimination.

Why do you need to worry? You don't hire talent, production companies do. Your work is soley that of agent and nothing more (as far as I know at least).
