Actually Nosey I would think that the current interest in IR would be good for black performers- I would think you would have an easier time getting work than the white performers- except with some companies of course ( because there is a smaller talent pool of black performers to compete with). If IR ever becomes blase i would think many opportunities for black guys would dry up.
