I'm Having Lunch yesterday with one of the young lads who works as an Marketing Intern: he is 24, good looking guy who will have his Stanford MBA in MAY of this year. I have known him about 3 months and we established a Older Brother - Younger Brother rapport pretty fast. He is a sharp kid, but not in a nerd-kinda way.

Soup to Nuts here is his story:

He starts talking about this date he had last Saturday with a Nurse. He says she is 25 and very hot, and Saturday was their fourth date....he says he has spent on their 4 dates so far about 1100 bucks....and nothing but cuddling and cocoa so far. He asks my advice.....

Holding back 6 different reactions/emotions (Laughter, Sympathy, and Contempt among them) and wanting to help the kid out, I say

"Dude, do you think you really like the chick, or do u really just want to Nail her?"

He grins and says "Yeah, I just want to do her."

I then say

"Dude, get a fucking escort/whore." He laughs LOUDLY, like I am kidding.....when he sees that I am 60% serious he goes....."Really?"

Sounding Like Tom Cruise from Risky Business, I said, "Do the math....dinner, gas, show, parking, breathmints etc. etc." and proceeded to demonstrate through accounting principles how it is economically more efficient and cost effective to find someone on Eros or Bigdoggie.net. Nothing the kid probably didn't already know or couldn't have figured out for himself, but hearing it from me gave him validation to consider it.....

Give him time....

I'll let you know in a few weeks if I corrupted the kid or not when I ask him about it
