The case is federal, but Kami is right about Western Pennsylvania though....they will be paralyzed for the next 6 months due to the Steelers losing at home YET again to The Patriots.

I am imagining all the disenchanted, bored-out-of-their-beer-soaked-minds Steelers' fans in Western Pennsylvania turning to Porn for solace and entertainment.

The government has no business prosecuting anything except Child Pornography....I am glad the case was dismissed. But I never liked Rob Black nor his creations, Extreme Pro Wrestling notwithstanding.
