To answer the second question. To truly "own" your titles you must pay for all the cost associated with producing the video. That includes paying for the actual shoots, talent, location, box art, duplication/replication, authoring, and etc. I am pretty sure Brandon paid all the upfront cost associated with "producing" a title for Platinum X, thus he owns the product. The problem with Lexington's deal is Dion gave him a "budget" to shoot his title. This is where the line gets blurry because Lex was "loaned" the money to produce the video, whereas Brandon paid all the cost. To make it more simpler to understand Brandon paid 15,000-20,000 dollars to produce one video he owns. While Lex was loaned 15,000-20,000 to produce a video he supposedly owned.
