Saw on www.lukeisback.com (good prop from there again, SM)that people think the ftc was prowling the convention floor AND the "major boards". I know the fact it's on that site doesn't mean squat, but when I followed the links all the references were to people being served warrants for sending spam.

1st, is xpt considered a "major board"?
2nd, if so, I've already seen the bureau over a post I made in jest on awop. Do ftc folks have any better sense of humor?
