I don't expect them to settle. I do expect them to rewrite their pity little 4 line disclaimer. I got a number of emails from people who wrote reviews, entered them at ADT. Now they are starting sites themselves and are afraid of getting sued if they use the reviews that they wrote in the first place on their site.
