None of these are radioactive, not even existing TVs, unless the stand was made from metal from the Bikini Atoll.

It may need x-ray shielding like a CRT does but I can't imagine that being a challenge: it sounds like the electron beams aren't steered so it should be a much simpler issue. I'd worry more about fluorescent light bulbs.
