Roxanne Hall has been around, with one long break, for a dozen years or so. She doesn't look like she did when she started but it's "different" not "worse", and importantly, looks as good or better than anyone else the director can hire. And, she still seems enthusiastic and delivers a good scene for the fans.

I see no reason for her to consider retiring in 2005 unless she wants to.
