I think he's trying to say that people blame America for every-fucking-thing anymore.
Speaking of Resident Evil 2, I've heard that it was pretty terrible. The Nemesis supposedly ruined it.
I checked out Open Water last night... I found it to be kind of boring considering all the hype!
