I'm saying human intelligence equates education on it's most basic levels. I'm not saying people educated to the same degree in different parts of the world might somehow be different. I'm saying South Asian countries do not give basic education to most of there population. There is a small elitist minority that has an education and it is not offered to the whole so everyone suffers.
