I think you misunderstood my post. I'm not minimizing WWII or the Holocaust. I have read news articles saying that this disaster will change asia forever, talking about "a lost generation" and such. My point is that much, much worse things have happened in history without it being the end of the world. Hell, the Spanish Flu Epidemic in 1918 killed 20-40 Million people. I feel for and have donated to the victims of this disaster. I just can't stand the media hyping whatever the event in the pursuit of ratings and readership.
