Best way to do it is get yourself a video camera, scrape together enough cash to shoot one scene and then edit it together. It's easier to get people to listen to you if you have an example of your work.

If you just walk in and tell them that you're great, they won't listen...but if you can show them that you have an interesting visual style or that you're doing something new, then they'll be more likely to give you a chance.

I often thought about doing this. I work in TV so I have a lot of camera experience, and I got some good porn ideas too.

Maybe when I get jack of this joint I'll toss it in and go to the USA to make filth

I have thought about it myself. Considering I am checked out on EFP/ENG cameras and most analog and digital videotape formats, the technical parts wouldn't be too tough.

It would beat the boring stuff I have to be a part of. Having even a little creative control would be great. I have a few ideas that I have been tossing around.
