I have no objection to women degrading themselves of their own free will. And I guess that's the important thing.

Meatholes as a concept is well known now so if a girl agrees to appear in a scene then she'll have a pretty good idea of what is going to happen. Ad what works and what doesn't.

Where I would have a major problem is where the girl is coerced into it or is so drugged up to her eyeballs that she doesn't know what's going to happen to her.
