Anything containing acetomentaphen or a derivative is to be avoided like the plague, and most especially if you like to take a drink

For pain take ibuprofen (generic advil) and alcohol. There are no serious interactions and if they don't cure what ails you, you need something stronger than vicodan.

It sucks how many people are munching vicodan these days- I went through a round of shoulder problems. Ortho was a friend of mine who gave me some steriod injections and offered a smorgasbord of scripts for pain if I wanted them. A friend/fellow I thought I knew well thought I was such an idiot for turning down the dope he still won't talk to me.

Fuckin dopeheads - there's nothing better than Makers Mark neat and generic ibuprofen.
