It may all depend on what you do with the contract girl. If you can keep from basically cranking out the same movie over and over then it will be good for you. If she is outgoing, willing to promote and has all the backing she needs, she can sure help a lot. I'm sure she could even give a lift to some of your other titles she isn't involved in if given the chance and incentive (not always needed). However, it could even be worthwhile to let your contract girl work in a big project with another company on a limited basis to help her get more exposure. It just all depends.
Of course, I'm sure there are three main elements to a good contract girl. Each one can be broken down further and when you get the right pieces of each put together properly then you can rock.

Although I think that majority of the girls that do a movie for JM should have the opportunity to do all the rest of the movies. After all, when fans see a girl they like in a JM movie, they want to see more of them in JM titles. I see it as a good marketing spoof.
