I am not sure if that is the correct term but I am referring to the plastic wedges a dentist puts in-between your top and bottom teeth so you can't bite down during surgery or teeth work. If the whores had these in their mouth it would be great for the guys because the whore couldn't bite down, yet her lips would still wrap around the shaft. He could really fuck that throat then not worring about her biting down becasue she couldn't.

It's kind of like a horse's bit, but it actually holds the whore's mouth open, it doesn't just prevent the mouth from closing. I guess I don't have to suggest it now LOL!.
