Gen answered that perfectly for me which I would like to elaborate on. The talent is not held by ball or chair, nor are they restricted from work from anyone with us at all. When the talent signs on with us, everything is explained and we all have a total understanding. It all is about being loyal to one another. Each and everyone of the talents see that what we offer and provide them, that they will tell you that booking the talent shoots is only half of what we do. I know that what I do alone does not pay me enough if I did not really care and want the talent to succeed. Our policy or maybe I say our request that we ask is that the talent be loyal, trusting, and respectful since we give them all of the above from the get go. I know the pertrayed image that all of us managers/agents have in this business which is why I go that extra effort towards the talents. They are the only ones who see it and from there is where I will hopefully change the bad name we have. That is my take on it...... anything else?
