Uh; every KIA name would and has been listed throughout time. Just look up all the names from Nam and the first gulf war. Black Ops or not they are still in the service and as such the names would be there.
Just my 2cents as a person that spent time in an elite group, with several friend that made the list.
May they rest in peace.
As for Nicole's story, I really have a hard time with it. There are just too many inconsistences. But what the hell, truth or lie, she has to live with it.

Hey you guys who are posting and were /are in the service- I am just curious but if you had to say which elite group which you say is the best. By the best I mean if you had to go a get a mission done who who you send? I am thinking Delta force but that is only from reading books on the subject and movies. So I am curious what actual servicemen think. Sorry to go off topic guys.

Isn't there a federal law about falsely claiming to have been awarded a Congressional Medal of Honor?
It is a federal offense to falsely claim to have received the CMOH under Title 18, Section 704, of the United States Code. The penalties for violation of this statute include fines up to $10,000 and/or up to one year in prison.

SF aren't huge organizations with tens of thousands deployed at any one time. I'd expect that if any SF dude dies on a mission every other SF in theater hears about it pretty quick one way or another. And while they may not hear a lot of details, and the details they do hear had better be right or that group will sniff it out pretty quick.
You might be able to conceal the location and date to an extent (though not by a lot), but deceiving the SF community on this sort of thing is not likely to be very successful.

I've never figured out why someone would want to pretend to be special forces. The ex-Rangers and SEALS I've met are usually not in the best of shape.

Hey Cleet, it kind of depends on the mission requirements. If it's a maritime based mission they might send SEALs for that, SF does a lot of work with foreign armies. Both units can handle other types of Spec Ops. As far as Delta, they are generally used as counter-terrorism. They are one of two units authorized for proactive nuetralization of imment national security threats(legalese). In plain speak assinations, Delta is sent in to hunt someone down and kill them( Pablo Escobar, Muhamed Aidid, etc). Seal Team Six is the other unit, they're both about the same, again, ST6 is more focused on maritime envinronment and Delta is more land based. But both probably work together closely.
Now back to our regularly scheduled flame war(game on!!)

Sorry folks for taking this thread off topic. If Mr. "Can you hear me now because you can't buy a video with me in it although I'm a part time pornstar" wants to take this to a new thread I will be glad to oblige. It's all my fault. This was a great thread about how shitty Nicole acted and how poor her judgement was with her latest publicity stunt. Then Garfield posted his barely literate post and I just got sidetracked. Won't happen again.
