This guy Asmodeus is one dumb asshole.I was banned after like 5 or 6 posts because I told Steph to go fuck herself.Then when I started this board Steph and Drew felt threatened so they removed all of my titles from the site.No worries,they have had no impact on my bottom line.It just proves how full of shit the reviews and everything are on that site.If you dont kiss ass,they dont give you any play.

you guys smack talk ADT way more than they do you.every other post on here is about how evil ADt is. yet they manage to ignore this forum entirely. man im the most sensitive whore on the planet and eventually even I let things go.

i post there, albeit less than here. it's got some good points, but the crux of the problem is a total lack of ability to call bullshit when something is bullshit. this is the only other place with a large shared readership and tolerates views that deviate from those of the moderatorship. there are times when personal attacks and character assassination are warranted, even kosher for passover. that's a bogus policy, bono-one's cowardice and bias make him dangerous and despicable. but he can't lock threads for being mean here.

I used to feel the same as Kami does now, what with the can't we all just get along type of sentiment for each board- but it greatly irritated me how I felt that political issues/arguments from a differing point of view( the right) get shot down with regularity it seemed over there. That and the closing of threads for odd reasons or no reason that is discernible at all. Don't get me wrong the posters obviously have a right to disagree with what you say over there but when the owners come in and tell people ( not necessarily me) from the right to stick to the facts, etc. and people from the left get to post anything at all from there point of view with no comment- well it was enough for me. For all the crap about the President trampling on free speech rights over there one would think that they would realize that the most important aspect of the first amendment is the ability to speak freely on politics. Oh well, I don't think anyone cares anyway but I got so irritated before election time there that I haven't posted in a month or two there. Other than that instance and a few other quirks, it would be a good board but this one is better by far.

Yeah, I'm not sure why anyone would have a problem with Bono. They're different forums, serving a different audience for the most part. If ADT wasn't around, PornTalk wouldn't have half its "outlaw" image. Besides, when they ban people at ADT, there's an instant boost in membership here!

the guy has such an aversion to conflict he locks civil arguments. what bothered me the most was when he locked the thread about arianna when it was nowhere near a flamewar or even particuarly critical of her. he couldn't be objective and when people were just questioning the chick he's obsessed with he shut down an important topic for the rest of the talent's safety.

Not that I deserve a medal, but I've been banned from Adultdvdtalk more times than I can count. I just can't get it together with them. It's absurd how they expect one to discuss UPSIDEDOWN fucked & gagging female heads in a civil manner. They have blinders on over there. If you even suggest that porn is in a golden age of misogynistic degradation at the moment, they have canned answers that either a) that sort of product isn't representative of the industry as a whole, or b) you are engaging in inflammatory semantics. The semantics is all theirs. Those boards are Dr. Strangelovian: "We need to make a choice between two admittedly regrettable, but nevertheless distinguishable porn worlds: one where you have 25% of the female talent sexually humiliated and degraded in an inhuman manner, and another where you have 75% of the female talent sexually degraded and humiliated in an inhuman manner. As it stands we have only 25% of the female talent traumatized and leaving the business, so we're doing no worse than any other workplace. Though I have no way to prove it, unless I do some research (which I'm not) I suspect ADT comes under much more legal/community/LE inspection, and thus they are towing the "it's just sex, not rape or anything bad" line in their forums.
