My opinion won't be popular, but the photog should not have released this video.

No telling how long the Marine (and the photographer) had been without sleep and under battle stress. I disagree with "embedded journalists" in every regard. These same Marines had been keeping this guy safe and alive during his assignment. The whole damned thing is a fucked up mess and having it published 24-7 is making it worse. Had he not released the video, the other witnesses would have dealt with the Marine if it was justified.
