Actually we are. It boils down to pitchers and catchers. Women and gay bottoms are much more susceptible because of the nature of what they're doing. Take for instance a chick and a guy who both had HIV and who were both equally as contagious. A man who fucked the chick would have a high risk of getting infected but not nearly as high as if he took it in the ass from the HIV+ man.
This is nature. It is cruel. Check the CDC if you don't believe me.
