That's what we're trying to tell you: in gay/tranny porn they don't have "health certificates". It's not like the "straight" porn industry.

(think about the recent HIV outbreak - Darren James goes to Brazil, works with a girl who works with a lot of trannies, and next thing you know girls in LA start turning up HIV+ ...)

There are a few here and there in gay/tranny porn that test for HIV, but they work with people that don't so it's not clear there's a lot of value to their HIV- results.
